I have done some research lately about how to impress people and have them leave with a great image of you in their minds. There are several different theories and opinions on this matter. Here are the Top 6 that I have found!
1.) Dress Well- When people meet someone for the first time, the analyze them from top to bottom. So, remember that the first thing they see is the outfit! Dress to impress.
2.) Teeth- Most people tend to smile when they meet someone new. So, you want to make sure that your mouth game is up to date. Brush daily, floss, and take care of those pearly whites!
3.) Hygiene- After the first two, people are close enough now to notice the little things like smell, hair, and your face. You want to make sure that everything is tip top. You can usually read people’s physical reactions.
4.)Speech- Now is the time you begin to speak. You can be dressed for success, but if your speech is not great, people tend to remember stuff like that.
5.)Attitude- After the formalities, you can begin to show the person who you are and what your about. Make sure to be positive and full of energy, you could easily project negativity on someone. Trust me, they will notice
6.) Follow steps 1-5!!! – Impressions are not hard to make, good or bad. Make sure to take advantage of the first time.
